War and Peace Revival Offers reduced rate to Servicemen and Veterans
The War and Peace Revival, Kent’s biggest military and vintage event, is proud to offer our current and ex-servicemen a special reduced rate entry to the show this year from 22 – 26 July.
War and Peace has invited World War 2 veterans for free for nearly 20 years, and each year in commemoration of other significant anniversaries has extended that invitation to other veterans – including the Falklands, Korea and National Service. For 2015, War and Peace is delighted to extend this free entry to Gurkha veterans, in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Gurkha’s service to the British crown. Any WW2 or Gurkha veterans who would like to apply for their free tickets can simply contact War and Peace on 01304 813337.
In recognition of our long association with the military, this year The War and Peace Revival is proud to introduce two new rates. Veterans of any other British conflict can take advantage of the heavily discounted rate of just £10 on the gate, on production of their MoD Veterans Badge or membership of an ex-serviceman’s association.
Also new this year is a special reduced rate entry on the gate of just £10 available to all British current-serving members of the Armed Forces, on production of their Armed Forces Identity Card.
Organiser Rex Cadman said:
“It is our pleasure this year to extend the discount offered to veterans and service personnel as we recognise the significant contribution they make for all of us”.
