For those of you who haven't yet heard, we  have moved!  The show is taking place at Folkestone Racecourse, Westenhanger, Hythe, Kent, CT21 4HX.  The show is open from 9am-6pm from Wednesday 17th to Sunday 21st July 2013.

Avoid the traffic and travel by train, the public entrance is a 5 minute walk from Westenhanger Station and by special request we have the high speed train from St Pancras stopping here at the weekend! For times and prices see  www.nationalrail.co.uk

The weather outlook for the week is dry, hot and sunny with occasional showers so make sure you pack for every occasion!  Don't forget your sun cream and wellies!

We are all moving up to the racecourse this afternoon and can be contacted again from Friday 12th on 07906 180319.  The line will be extremely busy so please only call if it's necessary.  Any changes or add ons to exhibitor bookings can be done at booking in on arrival.

EXHIBITORS ENTRANCE (on the A20 by Rose Cottage pale green building)

STALLHOLDERS ENTRANCE (just past the public entrance to the racecourse in Stone Street)

This is for all Stallholders, Book Signers, Model Marquee and Home Front and anyone that gets off the train at Westenhanger Train Station and is proceeding to their location on foot.  Booking in will radio exhibitors booking in to check you are booked in and will then get you processed.

PUBLIC ENTRANCE  (on Stone Street, previously the main entrance to Folkestone Racecourse)

You will not be able to use Stone Street to access this entrance, we have been working with the Highways Agency and local council and have arranged another entrance which will be well signposted.

Booking in is open:

Friday 12th July 10am - 10pm

Saturday 13th July - Tuesday 16th July 8am-10pm

Note that on show days (17th-21st) any exhibitors must be on site and set up before 9am ready for the public.

Wednesday 17th July - Friday 19th July 6am-10pm
Saturday 20th July 6am-6pm
Sunday 21st July 8am-2pm
